You can check the bags on their website at :- www.coach.com. - All Coach handbags from the Boutique will come with a Dust Bag and Gift Receipt unless otherwise stated. If we order the Coach Bag online, we will email you the Confirmation from Coach. Coach doesn't provide a Gift Receipt for Online Purchases. - No dust bag for Coach Wristlets, Pouches and Swing Packs. This 3 items will only come with a Gift Receipt. - No Coach boxes or paperbags will be given due to custom issues - Customs over here are getting very strict in checking of packages lately. Lets just say, they are getting smarter about the branded stuff that most of us like to purchase from overseas especially from US and Europe. In other words, taxes are getting very high when the packages get in to Malaysia. - All Coach items are purchased either from the Malls/Outlets or Coach Boutiques in US. - If you are not too keen on an outlet bag, please do not make any purchases when I list them here on my blog. - Some Coach handbags from the Coach Outlets will not come with the Dust Bag. It will be stated on my listing as "No Dust Bag". - Bags that are purchased from the Malls/Outlets will sometimes come with a bullet marking on the Coach Creed. This are bags being transferred from their full price store and some will come with this marking. If you are not keen with a bullet marking bag, please don't make any purchase from my blog. A bullet marking bag is NOT a Final Sales item cos a Final Sales item don't come with a Gift Receipt. Coach items purchased from this blog come with a Gift Receipt. I do not want to have an issue with a customer on this bullet marking cos this was NEVER an issue. It is just to show the bags were transferred from the full price retail store to the outlet and that is how we get the bags at a discounted price. - If you wish to get a full warranty or service for your Coach Bag, please purchase from one of the Boutiques in KL and pay full price for it. All my bags are purchased from US. Coach Malaysia has recenty changed their policy and differs from Coach US. Please take note of this important info. If there is anything wrong with your bag and you need to repair it, feel free to email me. I have the address for a place where most of the Branded Bags in KL sent their bags for repair. Other Branded Items - I do sell Ralph Lauren, AX Armani Exchange, Cole Haan/Juicy Couture/Marc By Marc Jacobs/Etienne Aigner/Baby Phats and some other higher end brands like Gucci and Christian Dior as and when my supplier gets a good discount for it. Price for Items - I sell the same price to all. Price quoted is the best and final pricing that I can do so you don't need to ask for a discount :D. - Prices quoted to you includes the item plus shipping from US to M'sia. Please take note that Domestic shipping is not included yet. - Pricing will be higher or lower depending on the discount that my supplier gets from the store. Rest assured, my prices are reasonable and affordable :D. Terms of Payment - Once you confirmed on your order, you will need to bank in the full payment to my Maybank account. - As you all know, I order all of my items from the Stores. It will take about a week to a week plus for us to get the items. Once we get the items, we will arrange for shipment from US to Malaysia. It will take around 9 to 10 working days for it to get here if there is no delay in flight and custom clearance. - If the bag is in stock, it will be faster because we are able to arrange for shipment the same week International Shipping From Supplier - All my packages are ship by USPS Express Mail Service. No additional charge. Domestic Shipping by Pos Laju To Customers - Once the package reaches me, I will pack it up and send it by Pos Laju. Postage will depend on the size of the box and destination. International Shipping To Customers from other Asian Countries - I had some request on International Shipping to other countries. Please email me if you are interested and I will get a quote for you.
